This business was listed for sale following owner retirement after over 15 profitable years’ of running the hair salon. The premises were on a new lease, with low rent and modest overheads. The salon consisted of a reception area with two dressing outstations, a customer waiting area, a second salon with four further dressing out stations and two backwash stations.
